It all started on our honeymoon…. scrolling through puppy listings.

Without fully grasping the commitment of owning a working breed,
Toma and Paco soon became part of our family!









They quickly showed us the highs and lows of dog ownership—the joy of their endless energy, goofy personalities, and unwavering loyalty, but also the challenges of training, managing their intensity, and ensuring they got the exercise they needed. There were moments of frustration, exhaustion, and trial and error, but through it all, we learned that consistency, patience, positivity and having fun were key!

Spending time outdoors became our solution and our passion. Whether it’s hiking, ski touring, trying out different dog sports/training classes or setting off on a road trip to explore new places, these adventures became essential to keeping both our dogs and ourselves happy and fulfilled.

Our journey with slat-mills began when our dog trainer introduced us to them. What started as a search for a personal slat-mill soon turned into something bigger—adopting an entire business built around it!

At Bark N’ Go, our mission is to provide a valuable service for dogs that need it most—whether they’re in a shelter, reactive, overweight, or simply in need of extra exercise. We know firsthand that meeting a dog’s needs isn’t always easy, but we also know the deep satisfaction of seeing a happy, balanced dog at the end of the day.
